Lesson 3: documents for eduactional management institutions.

My next post is going to be centred around documents for educational management institutions. As always, lets have a look at a small esqueme for todays topic.

In this lesson we find that it explains the various functions that very important plans do. Th educational project and the Annual General Programme.

The preliminary ideas that I have about this lesson are on the one hand, the community-building plan has to be approved by the director of the centre. This I know from the previous unit. It has to be within the guidelines issued by the school council. It is also necessary to take into account the proposals made by the teacher's board and the student's parents association. Another idea that I had previous to reading and understanding this lesson is that the language plan of the centre includes the organisations of the teaching and use of languages form a multilingual perspective. In addition to the promotion of the social and institutional use of Valencian at the centre. This is something which I think everyone should know as most of us have studied in the Valencian community and we know the importance they give to the Valencian language.

In this lesson I have learnt a series of plans established by the Educational project, a document which describes the organisation and functioning of the centre; and the Annual General Programme, a document that governs the schools planning, management and performance. In this document we find the previous Educational project. Focusing on the Educational Project we find the following plans:
The language plan, Form teachers' action plan, Community building plan, Internal regulations, Educational diversity and Inclusion plan, Reading promotion plan.
If we focus on the Annual General Programme we find the following plans:
The improvement action plan, Lesson plan.

What I had trouble understanding is what objectives belong to which document. This doesn't mean that I don't understand the objectives, but because there are so many as well as documents, its hard to remember whose they are, in other words, which documents have what objectives. There isn't going to be an easy way to learn all the objectives and whose they are. Searching the internet I came across a site written by Anne-Ruth Wertheim, Theo Jansen and Johan Marteijn. These people start of by telling us how the educational project was born and how it tried to expand through different schools. This is something which is nice to know because before you can learn about its functions, I think it's always best to learn its origin. It ten goes on to state its principles in a general aspect. This for me was important because in the document from the powerpoint it simply states what it is and the various plans it contains where as here it tells you exactly what objectives they try to achieve. And finally, something that was super intriguing, they stated the different types of learning it developed such as, learning to work together, learning to research on society, learning to design, organise and manage… each one of these explained in a full and complete way. Very, very interesting.

The knowledge I can generate is the following:
Document managment for schools. (s.f.). Recuperado de https://www.accessrecordsmanagement.co.uk/services/document-management-for-schools/
In this link I found the benefits of document managing for schools. It talks about the record management, for example, Access Records Management helps hundreds of large and small organisations store and manage their records safely. Their work covers a range of clients across the commercial, public, and non-profit sectors, including companies in financial services, healthcare and architecture. This is something I found to be very interesting and thought might be of use for you guys as in the powerpoint this isn't mentioned.

This is a simple image I know, but if you look closely and read the words it kind of does remind you of this lesson. Just found it different.
