Practice 0: how to create a blog

Hi guys! Welcome to the first ever practice post. Today we are going to talk about, not the subject, but how I ended up creating my very own blog on blogger. Here is an esqueme that I followed.

The preliminary ideas I had about blogger were for one, that I had used it before, about two years ago. We were never taught how to create it, just how to post and add images.

I have learned that blogger doesn't just consists of texts and images to post but you can add videos, labels, gadgets, the layout and you can set up the outlook of your main blogger page.

I find it difficult to upload a video that isn't a link. By this I mean for an image to pop up where you can simply just click on it so it works. I do the same process as my friends but it turns out differently, sometimes I get it, but sometimes it's just a simple link. I have looked for videos and other authors but when I follow the steps, I end up no different. I figured out that If I wanted to upload a video from a webpage or another platform that wasn't youtube then it wouldn't work even if the video was form youtube. For to succeed in my problem I would have to grab a youtube video from youtube itself rather than one from a website. Oops.

I was also a little confusing to add gadgets and physically design and create my blog. I ended up searching for a video to help me.

This video has been very useful to me as I now know how to add gadgets onto my blog.

I need to learn more about how labels work and hat exactly to write on them. I found a website by designer blogs studio where they explain, with images, the step by step process to adding labels.

I can generate another very useful video. This consists on a step by step tutorial on how to create your very own blogger from beginning to end. If I ever forgot something, it was in there. Give it a shot.

At first we were all very confused about how this works but as far as I am aware nobody has any problem with it anymore.
